Hi all. I was having the same problem as practically everyone else with PS launching, immediately quitting with a send error report appearing. I *finally* managed to find the fix - at least for me. I'm on a mid-2021 and really can't say with certainty that this will work on the new M1s.
STEP 1: Disconnect from internet.
STEP 2: Install Photoshop using the TNT installer but don't start Photoshop and if it automatically does start up - stop it.
STEP 3: Right-click on the Zii app, “Show the package contents” and go to the Contents > Resources folder.
STEP 4: Copy the file “vcontrol.bundle” to your Desktop and rename the file “AdobeBIB.framework” (without quotation marks) and select “Use .framework” when prompted.
STEP 5: Now go to the newly installed Photoshop folder, right-click on the Photoshop app, select “Show the package contents” and locate the Contents > Frameworks folder.
STEP 6: Drag the file “AdobeBIB.framework” you’ve just renamed to the Contents > Frameworks folder and replace the existing AdobeBIB.framework.
And that's that. It's working perfectly for me and I hope it does for you as well. Again, I can't say whether or not it will work on the M1s
.
Best of luck.
