Solution to Fix Image Drag and Drop Issues on Adobe Products
Start > Run > Type "Regedit" (press ENTER KEY)
Navigate through Registry Tree to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Policies > System
Double Click on Key EnableLUA, it and change the Value data from 1 to 0 --> Click OK.
Close Registry Editor ---> Reboot Your System
